Purchase Orders processes information needed to run supplier purchasing workflows, including shop details, supplier records, purchase orders, purchase order items, invoices, payments, returns, app settings, and selected Shopify product, inventory item, and location references.

How information is used

We use app data to provide purchasing, receiving, supplier management, invoice tracking, payment tracking, PDF generation, and app configuration features.

Shopify data

The app uses Shopify APIs only for app functionality, such as product selection, location selection, and inventory adjustment when receiving or returning items.

Data sharing

We do not sell merchant data. Data may be processed by hosting, storage, logging, email, or infrastructure providers required to operate and support the app.

Data retention

We retain app data while the app is installed and as needed for legitimate business, security, backup, legal, or compliance purposes. When the app is uninstalled, installation-related setup data is cleared.
