Use of the app
Purchase Orders is provided to help Shopify merchants manage supplier purchase orders, receiving, invoices, payments, returns, and purchasing settings.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for entering accurate supplier, product, cost, tax, invoice, payment, and receiving information, and for verifying inventory changes before saving workflows.
Shopify account access
The app requires Shopify authentication and approved access scopes to provide its features. Merchants must maintain a valid Shopify store and authorized app installation.
Billing
If paid plans or charges are offered, billing must be handled through Shopify-approved billing methods. Any applicable pricing will be shown before charges are accepted.
Availability
We aim to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, Shopify API availability, hosting issues, or third-party service interruptions may affect functionality.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use of the app after changes means the updated terms apply.
